Kojo Vypa Bags 3 CMA Nominations

Desmond Prince Owusu porpularly known as “Kojo Vypa” has been nominated three times for the 2018 Central Music Awards.

On Saturday 27th October, 2018 at a colourful ceremony at Sika Krom in Cape Coast, Heritage Promotions, the organizers of Central Music Awards unveiled the 2018 nominees of Central Music Awards.

In attendance were stakeholders of Showbiz Sector with over 40 Artistes, Bloggers, Artiste Managers, DJs amongst others to witness who gets what and how many in this year’s awards.

The official nomination list were then released with Kojo Vypa bagging Three out of the three nominations he filed for. These categories are;

NEW ARTISTE OF THE YEAR which he will compete against the “Do the Dance” hitmaker Eddy Khae and manymore.

BEST RAPPER OF THE YEAR with competiton from the likes of the well known TeePhlow of spyderlee Ent, habour City’s signed artist called Real MC and the brother of Kwaw Kese ” Buda”

His hit song “Champion” also made it to the HIP HOP SONG OF THE YEAR which is also competing with TeePhlow’s Hip hop song titled “Preach” and other songs.

Kojo Vypa is a phenominal artist from Elmina in the K.E.E.A municipal in the Central Region who is signed to the record label ” Fante Confederation ” . He has the most rapid growing fanbase in the Central Region right now and the first runner up on the best radio rap Show in Ghana which is the Kasahare level. He also appeared in scenes in the series “Form 3D”.

His Publicist, Mr. Steve Jonathan Mason said in an interview with Legacybase.com “This is just the beginning of the road, Kojo Vypa has been working hard and deserves all Three nominations plus we need everybody to support Kojo Vypa and his team take home the awards.

The Central Music Awards will take place this December 2018.
